WOOLIFE is a family-owned company producing woolen clothing and accessories with more than thirty years of tradition, founded in 1990 by Vlasta Veselíková.

We strive for honest craftsmanship and adhere to the Bata tradition of serving the customer, who is for us in the first place and only his satisfaction gives meaning to our efforts. The goal of our efforts is a product that is perfectly designed and technologically prepared, with which its user will be satisfied and will serve him for a long time and without problems. The quality of the product begins with the choice of raw materials and components, which is why we carefully select from the offer of suppliers that have been proven over the years only from EU countries, or Australia and New Zealand. We process quality components and raw materials using traditional craft methods with a large proportion of manual work and complete minimization of waste. And the colors? Black and white, or cream, would actually be enough for us. That is the color of natural pure wool. Why? They are our corporate colors that we love and that express everything that is important to us. Black and white. Simplicity. Strength, Courage, Softness and Tenderness. Readability. Clarity. Truthfulness. YES or NO. Nothing in between.

How did it all start?

I started completely from scratch, without any acquaintances, contacts, no money, with one old sewing machine. But with enthusiasm, desire and faith that I would make a living from my own work. For the first order of materials, I had to have a typewritten application and confirmation, approval and signature of the chairman of the then MNV - Local National Committee and withdraw all the savings from my own PSM Premium Youth Savings", which was about 10 thousand. From my husband Martin's savings, we bought a refrigerator and a Tatramat top-loading washing machine, which jumped really high when spinning, but we were happy to have it, recalls Mrs. Vlasta Veselíková about the beginnings of her business. It was 1990, when she was on maternity leave and was thinking about how to earn extra money through her own work.

"Every penny came in handy for maternity leave, at that time we lived in two small rooms with our little daughter in our parents' house. The wish for independent living was a complete utopia, it was completely unattainable for us."

Practice and craft experience from working at n. p. KARA and VKUS v. d. were useful, but Vlasta wanted to stand on her own two feet. Large customers were not interested and refused to cooperate with an unknown business, so Vlasta had to earn her place in the sun with gradual small steps and the high quality of her products.bků and extraordinary patience. She began to sell her products, at that time mainly fur slippers, home shoes and children's footmuffs and other woolen accessories, in the closest circle of friends, known "around the chimney". Since she managed to get the first orders from the Bata company and the Kotva and Prior department stores, a lot has changed. The company slowly developed and grew, until in 2015 it changed its name and legal form. The current company VITAPUR spol. s r.o. is still the same small family business, we have only grown a little older, but we still hold on to the energy and values ​​and principles on which it was built, perhaps even more fiercely today. We emphasize primarily the maximum quality of the materials used, their perfect craftsmanship, we use modern technologies and machines. And we are lucky to have skilled, skilled, capable and creative colleagues. These are the basic building blocks of WOOLIFE.

Customer care comes first. Already in the first year of operation in 1990, we sent our customers illustrated PFs and New Year's greetings, thus establishing a tradition. Every year we prepare a PF for our customers in the form of a comic drawing.

Satisfied customer.

The customer always comes first. If they are satisfied, and we mean satisfied in the long term, our work has meaning.
